摘 要:情绪是人对客观事物的主观体验,情绪调节是个体以社会允许的容忍方式作出适当情绪反应的能力,使个体在作出情绪反应时可以灵活、有效地控制自己的冲动,并延迟自己的冲动行为。情绪调节理论强调如何对情绪的体验和表达施加正面影响,符合身心健康教育的时代需求,在教育心理学、动机心理学及情绪心理学领域备受关注,其理论研究有着广泛的应用价值。The emotion is human's subjective experience over objective things. Emotion regulation is a kind of emotional capability which allows the individual responses in a society proper tolerant way, so that the individuals can make emotional responses flexibly , and effectively control themselves to delay their impulsive behaviors. Regulative theory of emotion focuses on how to exert a positive impaet on emotional experience and expression which meets the need of the physical and mental healfll education of the times. It' s paid close attention in the field of educational psychology, motivational psychology and emotional psychology, therefore the theoretical rescarch has extensive applicative value.
