摘  要:以Zn(NO3)2水溶液为电解液,在Cu基体上电沉积ZnO薄膜,用X-射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对其结构及形貌进行了表征。以甲基橙为目标有机污染物,研究了pH、SO42-和NO3-以及外加阳极偏压对ZnO薄膜光催化性能的影响。实验结果表明,在酸性条件下,可以获得更高的降解率;SO42-的存在明显地抑制了降解过程,而NO3-则有着很大的促进作用;外加阳极偏压在一定程度上改善了光催化降解效果。ZnO thin films were cathodically electrodeposited from Zn( NO3 )2 aqueous solution on Cu substrates and characterized with X-ray diffraction and scanning electron micrograph. Photocatalytic performance of ZnO thin films was evaluated with methyl orange used as a model organic pollutant compound, influences of pH, inorganic anion species such as SO4^2- and NO3 and applied anodic bias potential on the photocatalytic activities towards d higher degradation was achieved egradation of methyl orange were investigated. The results showed that in acidic media. The degradation was promoted significantly by NO3^i- ons, but opposite function was observed in the presence of SO4^2- ions. Applied anodic bias potential improved the degradation efficiency to some extent.
