摘　　要：不同的预处理方法对柱晶白霉素萃取过程中乳化物产生及成品收率的高低有很大关系。通过比较，选出了乳化量少，收率高适合工业化大生产的柱晶白霉素发酵液预处理工艺。The leucomysin extraction process and the yield are closely related to the mlthods of pretreatment. In this article,an advanced pretreatment technique of leucomycin fermlntation broth is proposed, which has less emulsification and higher yield. It is suitable to the industrial production.
