摘　　要：葡庚糖酸钙(GH)用^(99m)Tc标记后(^(99m)Tc-GH)静脉注射370～740 MBq、于1～2h和4～6h拍照肝前位、右侧位和后位图像。结果发现31例肝恶性病变(包括转移癌)17例强阳性,占54.8％;6例阳性,占19.4％;总阳性率74.2％。其阳性率低于^(67)Ga-枸橼酸而高于^(99m)Tc-PMT。9例肝良性病变均为阴性(一)。>5cm肝肿瘤^(99m)Tc-GH阳性率明显高于≤5cm者。AFP水平不同对^(99m)Tc-GH肝癌显像结果无影响。To seek a liver positive imaging agent which is cheaper and with high specificity. Glucoheptonate(GH) marked with 99mTc-GH were used for the anterior, right and back imagings of the liver. The imagings were obtained 1-2 h and 4-6 h after the administration of 370-740 MBq of 99mTc-GH. In 17(54. 8%)of the 31 patients with malignant liver tumor metastatic liver carcinoma included,greater uptake of 99mTc-GH by the tumor than by the surrounding liver tissue were observed, whereas in 6 patients(19. 35%) .equilibrated uptake was seen. The total positive results[(++)-( + )] were 74. 2% which was lower than that of 67Ga-citrate and higher than that of 99mTc-PMT. No increased uptake of the radioisotope was seen in 9 patients with localized liver diseases other than hepatoma. The positive result percentage of 99mTc-GH in liver carcinoma >5 cm was obviously higher than that in liver carcinoma ≤5 cm. The result of 99mTc-GH imaging was not effected by the level of AFP.
