氪激光联合中药治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察氪激光联合中药治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的疗效。方法:对70例60眼,均行氪激光光凝治疗,其中治疗组40例33眼加服自拟中药逐瘀明目汤治疗。结果:治疗组视网膜中央静脉阻塞较对照组视力改善明显,出血吸收快(P<0.05)。结论:视网膜中央静脉阻塞行氪激光联合中药治疗,能较好的促进视网膜出血的吸收,有效的改善患者视功能。Objective：To observe the curative effect of krypton laser and TCM on thrombosis of central vein of retina.Methods： 60 eyes of 70 cases were all treated with krypton laser.Besides the treatment group,33 eyes of 40 cases,was added self-drawn Zhuyu Mingmu Decoction more.Results： Eyesight in the treatment group was more improved than that of the control group and the bleeding was absorbed faster（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The method of krypton laser and TCM combined treating thrombosis of central vein of retina could be better to improve the retina bleeding absorption and be effective to improve patients＇ eyesight.
