血瘀证动物模型舌体动脉血管形态研究

摘　　要：目的:探索应用高分子右旋糖酐建立猪血瘀证动物模型的实验方法。方法:分别经静脉点滴10%高分子右旋糖酐,观察血流变检查动态变化,对模型制作进行评价。结果:血瘀模型动物出现血粘度升高及瘀血表现,说明造模方法为可行。结论:造模方法安全可靠,组织形态学改变确切,成模后动物生命体征稳定。Objective：To try the use of macromolecule iron dextran in setting up animal model through blood stasis syndrome.Methods：This was done by means of blood infusion of 10% of irondextran and evaluating the model formation by observing the change of modality of the blood flow.Result：The blood became thicker and blood stasis syndrome appeared,which showed the feasibility of the model formation.Conclusion：This method proved safe and liable with definite definite change of tissue morphology and stable physical conditional of the subject animal.
