摘  要:田间试验以烤烟(Nicotiana tobacum L.)品种云烟87为试材,于2005~2006年在河南南阳研究了常规措施(CK)下增施不同的有机物质对烤烟多酚类和石油醚提取物含量的影响。结果表明:增施有机质可以使烟叶中总酚、绿原酸、芸香苷、石油醚提取物含量明显增加,其中以增施发酵后的豆浆的两个处理最好,其次是增施豆参,增施芝麻和香油的两个处理效果相对稍差。During 2005 - 2006, a field experiment was employed to study the relationship between the contents of polyphenols and petroleum ether extracts and adding different organic substances under common measure (CK) using a tobacco (Nicotiana tobacum L. ) cultivar yunyan 87 in Nanyang. The results showed that compared with the commonly used fertilizing measure, adding differen(organic substances could increase the contents of total phenols, chlorogenic acid, rutin and petroleum ether extracts, different organic substance brought different effect, among them, the two treatments by adding fermented soya-bean milk were the best, the treatment by adding bean powder took the second place, and the other two added sesame and gingili were a little in the shade.
