摘　　要：在社会转型和时代更迭的大背景下,云南广播电视大学的发展遇到了许多新的难题,当代电大人要清醒地认识到自己的处境,共同面对学校的困难,更加自觉地坚定不移解放思想,更新观念,大胆改革,勇于创新,冲破一切阻碍学校发展的思想禁锢,消除一切不利于学校发展的体制机制弊端,探寻出一条云南广播电视大学科学发展、和谐发展、可持续发展的路子。Under the background of society transformation and time change, Yunnan RTV University confronts many new problems. In this circumstance contemporary TVU people should clearly recognize their own situation and commonly face the problems. They should firmly adhere to emancipation of the mind, new concepts and bold innovation, breaking any ideological and false imprisonment that obstructs the development of the university and looking for a way for the scientific, harmonious and sustainable development of Yunnan RTV University.
