电化学发光法检测胃癌患者血清标志物的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤标志物CEA、CA12-5、CA19-9和CA72-4检测对胃癌的诊断价值。方法采用电化学发光法检测45例胃癌和35例健康体检者的4种肿瘤标志物,并探讨联合检测对诊断胃癌的临床价值。结果45例胃癌患者血清CEA、CA12-5、CA19-9和CA72-4阳性率明显高于健康体检对照组(P均<0.01)。结论单项检测血清CEA、CA12-5、CA19-9和CA72-4对胃癌的诊断有一定的临床价值,联合检测这4种标志物更具有临床意义。Objective To study the tumor symbolize thing CEA, CA12-5, CA19- 9 with CA72-4 the diagnosis examined an agree with stomach cancer value. Methods To adopt electricity chemistry gives out light a method to examine 45 stomach cancers and 35 health check - ups of 4 kinds of tumor marking thing, and inquiry into consociation examination to diagnosis stomach cancer of clinical value. Results 45 stomach cancer sufferer＇ s serum CEAs, CA12 - 5, CA19 - 9 with CA72 - 4 masculine gender rates are obviously high at the healthy check - up matched control （ P all 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Single item examines serum CEA, CA12 - 5, CA19 - 9 with CA72 - 4 the diagnosis of the agree with stomach cancers contain certain clinical examines this 4 kinds of marking things to have clinical meaning more.
