我国社区学院发展初探

摘　　要：社区学院从在美国兴起至今已有百年历史,是构建学习型社会和终身教育体系的重要载体。我国社区学院的发展应定位于立足社区、服务社区,实现高等教育大众化,提供终身教育。结合其开放式、公平化和灵活性的特点,契合我国国情,当前应当加快立法,完善制度构建,多渠道、有针对性地创办我国社区学院。Community College has 100 - year - history from its foundation in USA. It is an important carrier in con- strutting the learning society and life - long educational system. Development of community college in China should base on community and serve for community, and contribute to popularity of high education and life - long edueation. Combining the characteristics of opening, equality and flexibility, considering the reality of our country, we should speed legislation to perfect system construction and create community college in many feasible ways.
