摘　　要：目的从黄芪甲苷六种薄层色谱展开剂中,优选胃炎颗粒中黄芪甲苷薄层色谱展开剂。方法采用薄层色谱法,以比移值(Rf)为指标,优选胃炎颗粒中黄芪甲苷薄层色谱展开剂。结果最佳薄层色谱展开剂为:三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(13∶7∶2)下层溶液。结论所选择的黄芪甲苷薄层色谱展开剂稳定可行。Objective To select 6 separation solvents of thin layer chromatograph for astragaloside Ⅳ. Methods The rate of flow was the index to select the separation solvent. Results The best separation solvent is the lower level solution of CHCl3-CH3OH-H2O（13 ： 7 ： 2）. Conclusion The present stuty selected a efficient separation solvent for separating astragaloside Ⅳ with thin layer chromatograph.
