公共管理学科特色化办学路径探析

摘　　要：公共管理学作为一门新学科,其生命力在于籍助本校学科基础优势,着眼教育理论创新与教学机制转换,以强化教学重点为突破口打造"人才品牌"特色。在办学实践中,我院公共管理学科形成了以"全面加强人口和计划生育工作统筹解决人口问题"为专业取向,努力培养与人口、经济、资源、环境可持续发展要求相适应的新型公共管理人才的特色化办学路径。Public management, as a new discipline, its vitality stems from the superiority of the previous basic disciplines, attaching importance to the creation of educational theory and teaching mechanism, and strengthening the characteristics of making ＂brands of talents＂. The public management in our college forms the means of running school by solving population problems and making an effort to cultivate new type public management talents who are satisfied with the needs of sustainable development.
