摘　　要：面对宝钢发展需要,宝钢成人高等教育创设了"以国家大专学历框架为基础,以高级工培训与鉴定为主线,以突出岗位能力培养为特色"的"三合一"教育培训模式;形成了"以能力培养为核心、岗位技能深化为目标、综合知识水平提升为宗旨"的培训方案,闯出了一条现代企业高技能人才培养培训的新路。In order to meet the needs of Bao-steel development, Bao-steel Adult Education creates ＂three-in-one＂ educational training mode of ＂basing on graduates of junior colleges, centering round the training of advanced workers, with the characteristics of cultivating ability＂, forms the training program with the core of cultivating ability and the aim of promoting comprehensive knowledge and develops a new way of training talents with technical .ability in modem enterprise.
