国际三大检索系统收录科技论文的影响因素

摘　　要：三大文献检索系统 SCI、EI、ISTP 被国际上公认为是进行科技评价的权威性评价系统。对三大检索系统的出版形式、年报道文献量、收录文献的学科范围等作了介绍。从论文的质量、信息源、英文摘要的写法、参考文献的写作、作者姓名和作者机构名称翻译方法等方面分析了科技论文被国际三大检索系统收录的影响因素。The famous three principal index systems including SCI, El and ISTP have been universatty acknowledged as authoritative evaluation systems to science and technology evaluation. The paper introduces the publications, sources of information and subject fields of the indexed documents in the three principal index systems. It also analyzes the influence factors of scientific papers indexed by three principal index systems in terms of the quality, the sources of information, the writing of English abstracts and references, the translation of author＇s names and author＇s affiliations, etc.
