摘　　要：人力资源是高职院校最重要的教育资源,人力资源效能的发挥,在很大程度上有赖于人力资源的有效管理。高职院校要合理规划、配置和使用人力资源,使人力资源的效能发挥到最大限度。Human resources are the most important educational resources of the higher vocational college. To a great extent, giving free rein to human resources effectiveness depends on the effective management of human resources. Higher vocational college should reasonably plan, dispose and use human resources and make the effectiveness of human resources maximum.
