苦参碱联合化疗治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察苦参碱联合长春新碱+柔红霉素+强的松(VDP)方案对成人急性淋巴细胞白血病诱导化疗的疗效。方法将57例诊断明确的成人急性淋巴细胞白血病患者分为两组,分别用苦参碱联合VDP方案(34例)和单用VDP方案(23例)进行诱导化疗,对比观察两组疗效。结果苦参碱联合VDP方案与单用VDP方案诱导化疗后完全缓解率(CR)分别为82.35%和52.17%,两组间疗效比较差异有显著性(χ2=5.9701,P<0.05),而骨髓抑制方面差异无显著性(χ2=1.7210,P>0.05)。结论苦参碱联合VDP方案能提高成人急性淋巴细胞白血病的诱导缓解率。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of matrine combined with chemotherapy in remission induction treatment of acute lymphocytic leukemia. Methods 57 patients diagnosed as adult acute lymphocytic leukemia were divided into two groups, 34 patients in trial group were treated by matrine combined with VDP （vincristine, daunomycin and prednisone） program, and 23 patients in control group with VDP program only. The data in these two groups were compared by x^2 test or t test depending on data distribution. Results The complete remission rates of trial group and control group were 82.35% and 52.17% respectively（ x^2= 5. 9701, P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in effect on bone marrow depression between these two groups （ x^2= 1. 7210, P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Matrine combined with VDP program can raise the complete remission rate in remission induction treatment of adult acute lymphocytic leukemia.
