摘  要:现代教育技术在各级各类教育中的运用得到了很好的发展,为教育改革提供了前所未有的机遇。但是发展中也并存着种种问题,主要是教育观念还存在偏差,对现代教育理论认识不够;把复杂的创造性的过程变成单一的制作过程;教师表现出一定的惰性和不适应性;唯技术至上,为用而用;高投资未有高效益。解决这些问题的策略有:进一步更新观念,加强现代教育技术理论的学习;懂得教育中新技术应用是逐渐积累的过程,而非简单的以新换旧;深入研究学习过程中的认知规律;用现代教学媒体构建理想的教学环境;从重技术的学习到加强师生信息素养的培养;学会信息化教学设计和构建新型教学模式。At present, modem educational technology applying has got hitherto unknown development, has provided hitherto unknown opportunity to the education reform. Modem educational technology development is hit but with a variety of problems, is to educate concept to return deviation back to existence, to know lack to modem educational theory mainly; Turn complicated creativeness process into u- nitary fabrication process; The teacher shows the certain inertia and inadaptability; Only the technology use to use on that, High investment has not had high beneficial result. The tactics resolving these problems is: Renew concept further, reinforce modem education technology theory studying; That new technique applies in understanding education is gradually build-up process, is not simple new replace old; Go deep into the law studying cognition in the learning process; Use modem teaching medium to structure the ideal teaching environment; Cultivate from highly valuing the technology studying to reinforcing teacher and student information literacy; Learn to use IT to Instructional Design and structure the new Instructional model.
