摘 要:目的:建立原子荧光光谱同时测定食品、水质、化妆品及生物材料样品中锡和汞的方法。方法:在硫脲-抗坏血酸-硼氢化钠体系中,在最佳仪器条件和最佳挥发性物质发生条件下同时测定样品中的锡和汞。结果:检出限:Sn0.40ng/ml、Hg0.018ng/ml;线性范围:Sn0~100ng/ml,相关系数为0.9999,Hg0~4ng/ml,相关系数为0.9997;50ng/ml Sn得到的测量精密度(RSD)为1.7%、2.0ng/ml Hg得到的测量精密度(RSD)为1.6%;样品加标回收率:Sn89.9%~98.5%、Hg92.5%~105%。结论:方法具有操作简便、快速、检出限低、灵敏度高、结果准确等优点,适合于食品、水质、化妆品及生物材料等样品中锡和汞的同时测定。Objective:To establish a method for the synchronizing determination of tin and mercury in food, water, cosmetics and organisms sample by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods:Tin and mercury were simultaneously determined in sulfocarbamide - antiscorbic acid -sodium borohydride system under the optimal instrumental and volatile substance generating conditions. Results:The limits of detection were 0. 40 ng/ml for Sn and 0. 018 ng/ml for Hg. The liner ranges were 0 - 100 ng/ml for Sn with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9999 and 0 - 4 ng/ml for Hg with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9997. The determination precisions (RSD) were 1.7% for 50 ng/ml Sn and 1.6% for 2. 0 ng/ml Hg. The pecoveries were 89. 9% - 98. 5% for Sn and 92.5% - 105 % for Hg. Conclusion:The method has advantages of simple operation, fast determination, low limit of detection, high sensitivity as well as accurate results, and therefore is suitable for the synchronizing determination of tin and mercury in food, water, cosmetics and organisms samples.
