摘  要:目的:建立测定保健食品中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)含量的新方法。方法:利用离子交换树脂装填的色谱柱,使Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)得以分离,洗脱液引入石墨炉原子吸收光度仪进行测定。结果:选定了最佳分离和测量条件,该方法的灵敏度、精密度均能满足检测工作的需要。回收率在74%~107%之间。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度和精密度高,适用于一般保健食品中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)含量的测定。Objective:The determination for Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr( Ⅵ ) in Health food was developed. Methods:The Chromium (Ⅲ) and chromium (Ⅵ) in Health food samples were separated by the strong basic anion exchange system. The rinsed squids were analyzed by the atomic absorption spectrometry. Results:The best separated and measuring conditions were ensured. The sensitivity and accuracy in this ways could satisfy the testing necessary. The recovery rates were from 74% to 107%. Conclusion:The analyzing way was more brief and quick and exacted. The sensitivity and accuracy were high. It was suited for analyzing the Chromium (Ⅲ) and chromium ( Ⅵ ) in Health food samples.
