摘 要:目的:本实验旨在探索婴儿配方奶粉中被抑制的阪崎肠杆菌快速复苏的方法,提高奶粉中阪崎肠杆菌的阳性检出率。方法:通过冷热处理预知浓度的阪崎肠杆菌,人为造成菌细胞受损,生化反应特性改变,再用修复培养基使菌细胞复原。结果:通过热处理,阪崎肠杆菌死亡率为99.90%,细菌生化反应改变17.2%,细菌名称改变58.3%;通过冷处理,阪崎肠杆菌死亡率18.90%,细菌生化反应改变6.1%,细菌名称改变33%;变异的阪崎肠杆菌经丙酮酸盐修复后,细菌生化反应特性恢复69.7%,阪崎肠杆菌恢复63.6%。结论:推荐使用丙酮酸盐修复培养基作为奶粉预增菌液,能提高婴儿配方奶粉中阪崎肠杆菌的阳性检出率。Objective: The study is to explore rapid recovering method of Enterobacter sakazakii ( E. sakazakii) in powdered infant formula milk ( Powdered IFM) , to improve E. sakazakii positive delecting in Powdered IFM. Methods: To predict the concentration of E. sakazakii by heat and cold treatment, to make the bacterial cell injured artificially, changes the characteristics of biochemical reactivity, than repair the culture niedium to recovering the cell. Results : By heat treatment, the death rate of E. sakazakii is 99. 90% ; bacterial biochemical reactivity change by 17.2%, bacterial name change rate 58.3% ; by cold treatment, the death rate of E. sakazakii is 18. 9% , bacterial biochemical reactivity change by 6. 1% , bacterial name change rate 33% ; after treatment the bacterial recovered by Pyrurate, the charictoristic of biochemical reactivity recovered 69. 7%, E. sakazakii recovered 63.6%. Conclusion : Recommend to use pyrurate recovering cuture medium to pre - increase the bacterial liquid in the powered milk, which can increast the E. sakazakii positive delecting in Powdered IFM.
