血清CEA、CA199、CA242联检在大肠癌诊断中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:评价血清CEA、CA199、CA242单项或多项联检对大肠癌患者的临床诊断价值。方法:用蛋白芯片法检测75例大肠癌患者和36例健康人血清中的CEA、CA199、CA242含量。结果:大肠癌患者血清CEA、CA199、CA242含量明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),CEA+CA242+CA19-9与CA242组,CA242+CA19-9组CA242+CEA组比较差异有显著性。CEA+CA242+CA19-9联合检测的敏感性高于单独检测及2项联合检测(P<0.05),而特异性无显著差异,CA242+CA19-9联合检测的敏感性也高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论:CEA、CA199、CA242可用于大肠癌的早期诊断、病情判断,联检可提高诊断效率。Objective： To investigate the clinical significance of determination of serum tumor markers CEA, CA199 and CA242 levels in patients with colorectal carcinoma. Methods：Serum levels of CEA, CA199 and CA242 were determined with protein chip in 75 patients with Colorectal Carcinoma and 75 controls. Results：The serum levels of CEA, CA199 and CA242 significantly higher than those in the controls （P 〈 0.01 ）. CEA ＋ CA199 ＋ CA242 was higher than those of any single item determination and in combination. The sensitivity of CEA ＋ CA199 ＋ CA242 was higher than those of any single item determination and in combination（P 〈 0.05 ） but had no significant in specificity, The sensitivity of CA242 ＋ CA19 -9 was s higher than single item determination （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Determination of serum CEA, CA199 and CA242 levels are valuable for the diagnosis and evaluation of patients with colorectal carcinoma, and the diagnostic sensitivity can be enhanced with combined determinations.
