摘　　要：介绍了一个用于自动光学检测方面的光路设计,用一个成像镜头及光源照明系统匹配2个CCD,用于设备的图像采集和观察分析,并分析了光路系统中需要考虑的一些问题及解决办法。该设计可以有效地简化设备结构,并有效地节约设备的总体成本。In this paper, an optical system used for image acquisition and analysis in AOI system is put forward, which matches two CCD with a high resolution lens and a set of illumination system, And some problems and methods in this optical system are analyzed. The system makes the equipment simple effectively, and economize the output cost of the AOI system effectively.
