摘　　要：为了探讨布拉酵母菌对肠道菌群紊乱的调整作用,作者用盐酸林可霉素给小鼠灌胃,造成肠道菌群失调,然后采用不同剂量的布拉酵母菌冻干粉进行调整,结果表明,布拉酵母菌对肠道菌群紊乱有调整作用,且中、低剂量（1～5亿/g）比高剂量（10亿/g）作用效果好。The effect of S boulardii on mice intestinal microflora imbalance was studied in this paper.Mice were treated with lincomycin hydrochloride to make microflora imbalance model.Then the models were treated by series dose of S.boulardii.The results showed that middle and low dose of S boulardii microcapsule had improved the intestinal microbial population disorder.The effective concentration of living cell is 1×10^8 to 5×10^8.
