试论吴阶平创建首都医科大学临床教学体系的实践

摘　　要：吴阶平院长在执行中共北京市委关于“北二医不设附属医院”的决定中与北京市各大医院共同创建了“以教学医院形式完成临床教学工作”的新模式，充分体现了吴院长的教育思想、创新精神和管理水平。经过首都医科大学几代人的继承和发展，目前首医大非直属附属医院的办学特色已经产生了广泛的社会影响。Dean, WU Jie-ping, of Beijing Secondary Medical College together with some big hospitals of Beijing set up a new model for clinical teaching in which the tasks of clinical teaching are completed by non-affiliated hospitals. The new model embodies his teaching thoughts, innovation spirit and level of management. With heritage and development of several generation of Capital Medical University, now the features of the new model have brought about extensive social impacts.
