摘 要:以“红香栗”、“黄狼”、“蜜本”南瓜为试材,对花后果实1~8周期间己糖、蔗糖、β-胡萝卜素、淀粉及五碳糖等营养成分含量的变化规律进行了研究.结果表明,随着果实的生长,蔗糖、β-胡萝卜素、淀粉含量均增加,但不同阶段各品种增加幅度不同;己糖总量下降,但在果实成熟前又稍有上升;部分营养成分含量之间的变化存在着一定的相关性.The change regularity of the nutrient component content was studied in hongxiangli, huanglang and miben pumpkin varieties during 1 -8 weeks after pollination, including hexose, sucrose, β-carotene, starch, pentose and so on. The results indicated that the content of the sucrose, β-carotene, starch all increased, though differently at different growth stage with the fruits growing; and the total hexose decreased at harvest time but increased before maturity. The changes of some nutrient contents had certain correlation.
