摘　　要：[目的]探讨精神科轮班护士的心身健康状况及影响因素。[方法]采用康奈尔医学指数问卷(CMI)对108名精神科轮班护士及日班护士进行调查。[结果]精神科轮班护士CMI中皮肤、神经系统、生殖系统及疲劳感4项得分均高于日班护士(P<0.05);不同护龄的护士心身健康状况存在统计学意义。[结论]精神科轮班护士的心身健康状况较差,需要进行必要的心理干预。Objective： To probe into the status quo of psychological and physical health of nurses in psychiatric department in shifts and its influence factors. Methods： A total of 108 nurses in psychiatric department in shifts and nurses in daily relay were investigated by adopting Cornell Medical index （CMI）. Resuits：The scores of skin, nerve system and fatigue in CMI of nurses in psychiatric department in shifts were all higher than that of nurses in daily relay （P〈 0.05）. There were statistical significant differences in terms of the status quo of psychological and physical health among nurses of different nursing ages. Conclusion： The status quo of psychological and physical health of nurses in psychiatric department in shifts was worse. And they need essential psychological intervention.
