摘　　要：随着信息化和工业化的融合,融合通信日益成为业界关注的焦点。本文提出了发展基于高智能中间层核心技术的高可信融合通信的架构,该技术既能帮助电信运营商完成政府赋予的监督和管理职责,又能满足企业对融合通信愈来愈高涨的实际需求,为架构"以用户为导向"的"现代信息服务业"打下坚实的基础。The combinated commnuication is becoming a focus of information industry, along with the converage of informationization and industrialisation. The paper definitely presents development for the high-reliability communication combination network with the core technology of intelligent middleware. The technology not only can administrate and monitor the operation of the telecom carriers but also can meet the actual needs which are getting more and more every day from the enterprises, layed a solid foundation for archiving a client-oriented modem information service industry.
