天蚕茧层丝胶含量的红外光谱法测定

摘　　要：以红外光谱为手段，考察了在Ｎａ２ＣＯ３水溶液中龙天蚕茧层和东北天蚕茧层丝胶和丝素的溶解特性，发现了丝胶和丝素具有不同的红外光谱特征，依此建立了以红外光谱为基础的测定龙天蚕茧层和东北天蚕茧层丝胶含量的方法。该方法用柞蚕茧层加以验证，结果与文献相一致。The characteristics in the dissolvent of the sericin and the fibroin of Northeast cocoon shell in Na 2CO 3 aqueous solution is investigated by IR spectrum. It is found that the IR Spectrum of the sericin and the fibroin are different. According to the characteristic,a method to determine the sericin content of Rodinia fugax and Antheraea yamamai of Northeast cocoon shell by IR spectrum is established. As a result, the method is applied to Antheraea pernyi cocoon shell.It shows that the sericin content of Antheraea pernyi cocoon shell measured by IR spectrum is the same as the result reported in reference.
