摘 要:目的了解高等医学院校教师手部卫生认知现状,以便采取教育对策。方法采用问卷调查法对部分在职教师进行了调查。结果以9分制为满分,教师手部卫生知识平均得分1.949;知识、行为和态度合计得到总分的42.09%。影响教师手卫生知识的因素是61.9%的教师没有接受过专业手卫生知识培训,学校缺乏专业教材的占44.8(,教师对不洗手的危害性认识不足者占46.6%。结论高等医学院校教师对手卫生认知较差,直接影响对学生的教育。Objective To understand the present situation of hand - hygiene cognition in teachers of high medical colleges, in order to take the education countermeasure. Method Questionnaire survey was used to carry out investigation in some teachers at their posts. Results Nine point system was used with 9 points as the full marks. The average score of hand - hygiene knowledge in medical teachers was 1. 949. The score of the knowledge, the behavior and the manner accounted for 42.09% of the total score. The factors influencing hand - hygiene knowledge of medical teaches were as follows: 61.9% of the teachers had not received special hand -hygiene knowledge training, lack of the professional teaching material accounted for 44.8%, inadequate understanding of the harmfulness of unwashing the hands accounted for 46.6%. Conclusion The hand - hygiene cognition in teachers of high medical colleges and universities is insufficient, which directly influences the student education.
