双三羟甲基丙烷双磷酰三聚氰胺的合成及表征

摘　　要：以双三羟甲基丙烷和三氯氧磷、三聚氰胺为原料合成了双三羟甲基丙烷双磷酰三聚氰胺氮-磷复合型阻燃剂,考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应物原料配比对产品收率的影响。当三氯氧磷和双三羟甲基丙烷以摩尔比为3在80℃下反应5h,然后三聚氰胺和生成的双三羟甲基丙烷双磷酰氯以摩尔比4在50℃下反应4h后,产品双三羟甲基丙烷双磷酰三聚氰胺的平均收率为44.77%。The above title product is prepared using ditrimethylolpropane, phosphorus oxychloride and melamine. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, molecular ratio of raw materials on the yield of the product are investigated. When phosphorus oxychloride and ditrimethylolpropane react at 80℃ for 5 hours with a molecular ratio of 3,then melamine and the prepared ditrimethylolpropyl diphosphonyl chloride react at 50℃ for 4 hours with a molecular ratio of 4, the average yield of the end product can be 44.77 %.
