Kappa角调整的LASIK手术对中低度近视眼像差的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨Kappa角调整的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)对中低度近视眼像差的影响,并与标准LASIK进行比较。方法随机选取50例行LASIK的近视及近视散光患者,其中行Kappa角调整的LASIK26例(51眼),行标准LASIK的24例(48眼),各组按屈光度不同分为低度组和中度组,术前及术后1个月均行波前像差检查,并进行比较。结果Kappa角调整的LASIK与标准LASIK均能显著降低低阶像差,显著增加高阶像差,Kappa角调整的LASIK手术后水平彗差(C8)的增加显著小于标准LASIK(P<0.05)。结论与标准LASIK比较,Kappa角补偿的LASIK术可显著减小中低度近视患者术后水平彗差的增加。Objective To investigate the aberration changes of human eyes after LASIK with angle Kappa adjusted in low and midrange diopter myopic eyes and compare with conventional LASIK. Methods LASIK with angle Kappa adjust was performed in 51 myopic eyes,and conventional LASIK was performed in 48 myopic eyes. All subjects were divided into low and midrange myopia groups according to different diopters. All the data of patients were evaluated by the Allegretto Wave Analyzer at pre-LASIK and 1 month after the surgery. Results The difference in best corrective visual acuity in pre-operative and after 1 month of post-operation was insignificant between LASIK with angle Kappa adjust group and conventional LASIK group （ P 〉 0.05）.The increasing value of C8 was0.04 ±0. 11 in low myopia eyes and -0.02 ±0.09 in midrange myopia eyes in LASIK with angle Kappa adjust group,and that in conventional group was 0. 08 ± 0, 14 and 0.23 ± 0.29 respectively,showing significant differences in increasing value of C8 in both low myopia eyes and midrange myopia eyes between LASIK with angle Kappa adjust group and conventional group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but the increasing values of C7, C12, RMS3-RMS6 and RMSh had no evident differences between them（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion LASIK with Kappa angle adjust can cut down the aberration of level coma compared with custom LASIK for low and midrange diopter myopia.
