浅议循环经济在“绿色大学”校园环境建设中的应用

摘　　要：高校是一个人口密集的地方,其环境的好坏直接关系到成千上万师生的正常学习、工作和生活,因此,建设"绿色大学"校园,具有重要的意义。而环境建设与管理又是"绿色大学"建设与管理的重中之重。结合"循环经济"理念,着重在"节约资源"和"控制污染"两个方面来探讨如何利用高校现有的资源以及自身的优势和特点来加强校园的环境建设,创造一个生态环境优美、人文环境和谐的"绿色大学"校园。University is a highly-populated place, in which the environment is relative to normal work, study and life of thousands of teachers and students. Therefore, constructing ＂Green University＂ is of great significance. While the environmental construction and management plays an important role during the construction of ＂Green University＂. Besides, circular economy is an ideal mode of economy and technology in the era of biological civilization. In combination with the idea of circular economy, the paper stressfully studies from the following two aspects, ＂resource saving＂ and ＂pollution controlling＂, and discusses about how to make good use of the present resources of the university and its characteristics to strengthen the environmental construction, and create a ＂Green University＂ campus with both elegant biological environment and harmonious human community.
