福建高校高水平运动队发展现状与对策

摘　　要：为了进一步了解福建省高校高水平运动队在发展过程中存在的问题,使其能在21世纪保持可持续的发展,采用调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法,对福建省高校高水平运动队现状进行调查研究,并针对性提出:改革竞赛机制以赛促练促提高;多形式多渠道招收高水平运动员,立足自我培养后备人才;对外比赛定点项目布局;解决学训矛盾,给运动员创造一个宽松的学训环境;打造一支高水平的教练员队伍;促进训练经费投入扩大资金来源渠道等6点发展对策。The paper aims to understand extant problems of development of Fujian high -level sports team for sustainable development in 21 st centenary by means of investigation, literature analysis, and mathematical statistics method, etc. The current status of high - level sports team is surveyed in order to point out six countermeasures of cultivating high - level sports team.
