872例视网膜动脉改变的影响因素分析

摘　　要：对872例30～80岁在职和离退休机关干部、知识分子等脑力劳动者视网膜动脉改变的影响因素进行调查,分析了年龄、性别、吸烟年限、每日吸烟量、收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、身长、体重、血型12个因素与视网膜动脉硬化的关系,并用逐步回归的方法在α=0.05水平下筛选出5个与视网膜动脉硬化关系较密切的因素,按顺序排列为年龄、每日吸烟量、舒张压、吸烟年限、收缩压。The affecting factors on the changes of retinal artery in 872 patients who areoffice workers and intellectuals at their posts or in retirement aged from 30 to 80 were investigated and the analysis of the relation between the 12 factors.namely age,sex, smoking years. smoking amount per day,systolic blood pressure, diastolic bloodpressure, triglyceride. cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, height, weight and bloodtypes and retinal arteriosclerosis was made in this study. With the stepwise regressionmathed under the level of α=0.05,five factors which have closer relation to theretinal arteriosclerosis have been screened. The influential order is age, smoking amountper day,diastolic blood pressure.smoking years and systolic blood pressure.
