摘 要:提出一种基于计算机数字图像处理技术的蔬菜中磷含量检测方法。该方法通过分析提取液的色度信息,建立色度与浓度的相关关系,利用最小二乘法对蔬菜中磷的含量进行检测。相关系数达0.9950以上,磷回收率在94%~105%,变异系数小于6%。结果表明,该方法与分光光度法的检测结果一致,且可以弥补分光光度法检测液显色时间不一致、效率低下等缺陷,具有经济、简便、自动化程度高的特点。This article developed a method based on digital image processing for determination of phosphorus content in vegetable, By analyzing the original digital image information of the pre-treated sample, found the relation between the colorimetric value and consistence, and using the method of least square to detect the content of phosphorus in vegetable. The interrelated coefficient is above 0.9950, recovery rate is about 94%- 105%, coefficient of variation is less than 6%, It could make up the deficiency of spectrophotometry, such as inefficiency, hard to control time, and so on. The results indicate that the result of digital image processing and spectrophotometry have is the same, and the precision is adequate. It is simple and convenient, quick, cheap, and easily applied in the department of quality inspection in the countryside,
