摘  要:压电陶瓷微位移驱动器是利用逆压电效应来实现电控位移并产生驱动力的一种新型微位移器件。FY—3气象卫星有效载荷中分辨率光谱成像仪(MERSI)采用大冷量G型辐射制冷器冷却碲镉汞(HgCdTe)红外探测器,即长波红外和短波红外线列探测器,分别安装在辐射制冷器二级和一级上。在对G型辐射制冷器的后光路校核过程中,根据传递函数(MTF)值确定其相对于红外探测器组件的最终位置。压电陶瓷微位移驱动器作为真空和低温下红外透镜组件的驱动工具。Piezoelectric ceramic actuators are one of the new type micro drivers using inverse piezoelectric effect to produce the drive force. G-radiant cooler has been used to cool the infrared detectors of the Medium Resolution Spectral Imager (MERSI) for the Fengyun Meteorological Satellite. The long and short wavelength HgCdTe infrared detectors are installed on cold satge and intermediate satge respectively. The function of piezoelectric ceramic actuators on driving the optical lens is briefly discribled and ascertaining the space between infrared detectors and the optical lens in course of the cryogenic optical adjustment. When the modulation-transfer-function (MTF) of infrared detectors attain its max along with the optical lens, the displacements of PZT drivers displaying are presented. Based on the displacement, the place of the optical lens using specific shim be can decided. PZT is a reasonable choice for position adjustment in low temperature and vacuum condition.
