摘  要:目的观察心脑舒对犬脑血流量及脑血管阻力的影响。方法采用电磁流量计测定方法,以川芎嗪为阳性对照药,测定并记录连续给药5d,术中十二指肠给药前后犬右侧颅内动脉和椎动脉血流量,观察心脑舒用药前后对脑血流量及脑血管阻力的影响。结果川芎嗪及心脑舒2.11、1.05、0.53g/(kg.d)三个剂量组均具有增加脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力的作用。结论心脑舒具有减少氧耗量,保护心脑血管和提高心脏功能的作用。Objective To study the effects of Xin nao Shu on electroencephalovolume and cerebral vascular resistance in dogs brain. Methods Ligustrazine was used in the experimental group for 5 days; the blood flow in intracranial vascular and the tight vertebral arch was measured by electromagnetic flowmeter before and after the medication in the duodenum for five days consecutively; electroencephalovolume and cerebral vascular resistance were observed pre - and - post abministration of Xin Nao Shu. Results Both ligustrazine and Xin Nao Shu in dosages of 2. 11,1. 05 ,0. 53g/( kg·d) could increase the cerebral vascular volume and reduce cerebral vascular resistance. Conclusion Xin Nao Shu plays a role in reducing the myocardial consumption of oxygen, protecting ischemic myocardium and improving the cardiac functions.
