摘　　要：目的评价马来酸曲美布汀联合抗抑郁药物治疗肠易激综合症的临床疗效及安全性。方法对164例肠易激综合症(IBS)患者常规治疗8周以上效果差,临床无效者。停用所有曾用药物,给予马来酸曲美布汀0.1g,每天3次,多虑平12.5mg,每晚1次,治疗4周,随访4周。结果总体症状改善率88.41%,总有效率98.78%。结论马来酸曲美布汀联合多虑平治疗肠易激综合症安全有效。Objective To study the effects of trimebutine maleate and antidepressants in treating irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）. Methods Total 164 irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） patients were resistant to routine treatment. This study consisted of a 4 - week randomized treatment period with trimebutine maleate 0.1 tid and doxepin 12.5mg qn. followed by a 4 - week withdrawal follow - up observation period. Results After treated with trimebutine maleate, the overall sympton were ameliorated,The total efficacy rate were 98.78%. Conclusion Trimebutine maleate uniting doxepin is an effective and safe medicine for alleviation of IBS symptoms.
