摘　　要：应用中国知网(CNKI)数据库对1997～2006年汕头大学医学院论文被引情况进行计量学分析,为该院制定科研管理政策提供决策依据。该院论文被引篇数逐年增加,发文数量、质量与被引频次均有显著的增长。但学科发展不均衡,核心作者的基数较小。This paper analyses the cited papers about Medical College of Shantou University from 1997 to 2006 through China National Knowledge Infrastructure （ CNKI）, in order to offer evidences of making decision for scientific research administration. The cited paper increases year after year, there is an obvious rise in publishing papers, quantity and quality and cited frequency. But the disciplines develop imbalance and cardinal number of core researchers are small.
