摘　　要：目的调查一起发生在柳州市城郊某"农家乐"聚餐的群体感染性腹泻的主要特征和影响因素,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法对事件进行现场卫生学调查和实验室检测。结果证实在"农家乐"聚餐引起的群体感染性腹泻为产毒性大肠埃希菌(ETEC)旅游者腹泻,原因为聚餐环境被肠道菌污染所致;进餐者58人,患者28人,罹患率48.20%;检测患者粪便6例,检出ETEC 4例,但从食品原料及饮用水样中未检出致病菌。结论柳州市"农家乐"卫生现状普遍不佳,卫生部门应针对"农家乐"的环境特点,摸索出一套相对应的卫生管理模式,消除食品安全隐患。[ Objective] To investigate the main characteristics and impact factors of a community infection of diarrhea which took place at a farmer household dinner party in the city suburb, and provide evidence for control strategies development. [ Methods ] Hygienic investigation on the spot and laboratory examination were conducted to this incidence. [ Results] Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli（ETEC） was confirmed to be the factor that induced tourist diarrhea for the reason of community dinner environment pollution caused by intestinal tract bacteria. 58 had dinner, 28 were infected, the attack rate was 48.2% ; 6 stool samples were detected, 4 were ETEC, but pathogens were not detected in raw food material and drinking water samples. [ Conclusion] The current health conditions of farmer household were generally poor, the health department should grope a set of health management style to cancel the potential danger of food safety, according to the environment characteristics of farmer household,
