摘  要:目的研究郴州市北湖区食品生产经营人员健康检查现状及其影响因素,揭示健康检查工作中存在的问题,为进一步做好预防性健康检查工作提供依据。方法随机抽取288人为调查对象,以自制问卷对调查对象进行问卷调查。结果郴州市北湖区食品生产经营人员健康检查率为42.4%,规定健康检查项目总体检查率为59.6%;该人群的年龄、文化程度、从业单位、从业类别和从业时间是影响健康检查率的主要因素。结论彬州市北湖区食品生产经营人员健康检查率较低,健康检查质量不高。[ Objective ] To study the physical examination condition among the food producing executives in Beihu District of Chenzhou and its influential factors, discover the problems in the physical examination work and provide evidence for the preventive health inspection. [ Methods ] 288 investigation objects were stochastically collected to fill in the self-made questionnaires. [ Results ] The physical examination rate was 42.4% among the food producing executives in that area; the total rate of the regulated items was 59.6%; the major influential factors were age, education level, employment unit, employment type and employment period. [ Conclusion ] The rate of physical examination is relatively low among the food producing executives and the quality of the examination is also low.
