摘 要:针对临床应用中不同来源的镍钛合金正畸弓丝在使用性能上存在差异的现象,研究了‘硬态’和‘软态’2种典型的镍钛合金正畸弓丝的成分、组织结构、显微硬度及相变温度。结果表明:‘硬态’弓丝的芯部与外部变形不均匀,逆马氏体相变开始温度在室温以下,室温到人体口腔温度范围呈现超弹性;‘软态’弓丝的组织均匀,逆马氏体相变开始温度接近人体口腔温度,室温下处于马氏体状态,而在口腔温度下处于母相状态,呈现超弹性。In view of difference in performances of NiTi orthodontics arch wires in clinic application, two typical NiTi orthodontics arch wires, ‘hard' and ‘soft', have been studied on composition, microstructure, microhardness and transition temperature. The results indicated that the‘hard' arch wires is not uniform in microstructure with inhomogeneous deformation from inner to outer sides of the wire, its reverse martensitic transition temperature is below room temperature, and it behaves superelasticity within the room and oral temperature ranges. The‘soft' arch wire has an uniform microstructure, and its reverse transition temperature is near the oral temperature, behaving as the shape memory effect at room temperature and superelasticity at the oral temperature.
