大蒜素对CNE-2Z细胞增殖及端粒酶活性的影响

摘　　要：目的研究大蒜素对鼻咽癌CNE-2Z细胞增殖及端粒酶活性的影响。方法不同浓度的大蒜素作用于CNE-2Z细胞后,MTT法检测细胞的增殖抑制作用,TRAP-PCR-ELISA法研究细胞端粒酶活性的变化。结果大蒜素对CNE-2Z细胞的增殖具有一定程度的抑制作用,并呈时间、浓度依赖性;不同浓度的大蒜素能下调CNE-2Z细胞的端粒酶活性,且同样呈时间、浓度依赖性。结论大蒜素可抑制CNE-2Z细胞的增殖及端粒酶活性,可能是其抗肿瘤的重要机制之一。Objective To study the effect on proliferation and telomerase activity of CNE - 2Z cells treated by allicin. Methods CNE - 2Z cells were treated by allicin With different concentrations. Then the inhibiting effects and changes of telomerase activity in CNE - 2Z cells were detected by MTT assay and TRAP - PCR - ELISA. Results The proliferation of CNE - 2Z cells treated with allicin was significantly inhibited, and it depended on density and time. Telomerase activity of CNE - 2Z cells treated with allicin at different concentrations was significantly inhibited, and effects were also depended on density and time. Conclusion Allicin can inhibit the telomerase activity of CNE - 2Z cells. It may be one of important regulatory mechanisms in the anti - tumor mechanism.
