试论高校运动会的改革与体育文化节的构建

摘　　要：以田径项目为主的传统高校运动会模式已难以满足新时期学校体育工作的需要,构建内容更宽泛、项目更丰富的体育文化节是当前开展学校群众体育活动、培养师生终身体育意识和能力的有效途径。The traditional sports meet in colleges and universities, which is dominated with track and field games, finds it difficult to satisfy the needs of PE activities in the new era. It is an effective way for us to set up a sport and cultural festival with more items in order to promote mass physical exercises and develop the teachers＇and students＇physical training consciousness and abilities. The experiences and effects of the five sports and cultural meets held in Kaifeng University are analyzed and suggestions to improve the festival are raised in order to bring out references for a more suitable pattern for sports and cultural meet.
