摘 要:[目的]综合分析染发史与成人白血病的关系,为有效防治白血病提供依据。[方法]采用Meta分析的方法,根据选择标准收集文献,应用Revman4.2软件计算优势比值(OR及其95%的可信区间(95%CI)。[结果]入选的6篇文献包括了176107个病例和379385个对照,单纯以使用染发剂与否进行分组,计算得出的合并OR值为1.01(95%CI:0.81~1.25)。[结论]尚不可认为使用染发剂是成人白血病发生的危险因素。[Objective] To aggregately analyze the relationship between history of hair dye and leukemia of adults, so as to provide basis for effectively preventing and controlling leukemia. [ Methods ] Literatures were collected according to the inclusive criteria, which were analyzed by Meta analyze, and the OR and CI were calculated by Revman 4.2 software. [Results] 6 literatures included 176 107 cases and 379 385 controls which were divided in line with utilization of hair dye or not. The combined OR was 1.01 (95%CI: 0.81-1.25). [Conclusion] The evidence had published can not consider that the hair dye is the risk factor for leukemia of adults.
