宝鸡市2003～2005年高中生常见病患病检出趋势及分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解宝鸡市2003～2005年间高中生常见病状况及变化,为控制中学生常见病提供科学依据。[方法]以宝鸡市3所生源相对固定的中学为对象,依据《全国学生常见病综合防治方案》中的常见病测定方法和种类,同时增加乙肝表面抗原、挑食偏食等常见病种类,连续监测检查3年共3539名高中学生常见病情况并进行资料统计分析。[结果]2003～2005年间,高中学生近视、营养不良、沙眼、龋齿、肺结核、血压异常、HBsAg阳性、挑食偏食、身高下等及体重下等的平均患病率分别为83.07%、46.25%、19.75%、6.02%、0.08%、9.80%、2.54%、25.04%、9.75%、14.18%。其中近视、营养不良、血压异常、身高下等及体重下等的患病率3年间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),且近视和身高下等患病率呈现逐年上升趋势。[结论]宝鸡市高中生常见病状况不容乐观,争取政府重视,多部门协调配合,加强专业人员业务培训,广泛开展健康教育,使高中生常见病患病率得到有效控制。[ Objective ] To investigate the status and changes of common diseases among high school students in Baoji from 2003 to 2005, so as to provide scientific basis for controlling diseases in high school students. [Methods] 3 539 high school students in the three middle schools were collected to investigate the common diseases according to the detection methods and types of common diseases as well as the hepatitis B virus surface antigen and choosy in food and dietary bias were detected for three years to analyze the data. [ Results ] From 2003 to 2005, the average morbidity rates of myopia, malnutrition, trachoma, pulmonary tuberculosis, dysarteriotony, positive HbsAg, choosy in food and dietary, low height and low weight accounted for 83.07%, 46.25%, 19.75%, 6.02%, 0.08%, 9.80%, 2.54%. 25.04%. 9.75% and 14.18%, respectively. The morbidity rates for myopia, malnutrition, dysarteriotony, low height and low weight showed to be significantly different among three years （P 〈 0.01 ）, while the morbidity rate of myopia and body height revealed to be an increasing trend. [Conclusion] The status of common diseases in high school students shows to be serious in Baoji, measures should be taken to control the prevalence of common diseases in high school students of Baoji including gaining more attention from government, coordination from mutt-department, strengthening the training for professional staff as well as carrying out health education.
