边远地区全科医生心肺复苏知识的培训亟待加强

摘　　要：[目的]了解边远地区全科医生心肺复苏(CPR)知识的掌握与需求情况,为针对性地培训提供资料和依据。[方法]采用自行设计的调查表,以分层随机—整群抽样的方法,对453个全科医生进行调查。[结果]边远地区全科医生CPR知识合格率低(22.30%);不同区域、不同文化程度组的测试结果差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);对CPR知识培训需求率高(90.29%)。[结论]边远地区全科医生CPR知识普遍缺乏。全科医生的继续教育应引起各级医疗卫生管理部门的高度重视,特别是CPR知识的培训亟待加强。[ Objective] To investigate the present situation, especially the demands of eardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） knowledge of the general parishioners in remote areas, so as to provide materials and foundations for future targeted training. [Methods] Self-designed questionnaires were used, stratified sampling was taken and 453 valid responses were analyzed. [ Results] All the efforts resulted in the following findings： the CPR knowledge eligibility rate among the general practitioners in remote areas was low （22.30%）, there was a significant difference among the groups from different areas and those with different educational backgrounds （P 〈 0.05） and the demand rate for the CPR knowledge was high （90.29%）. [Conclusion ] The general practitioners in remote areas show serious lack of CPR knowledge, health officers at aU levels should lay much stress on the continued studies and trainings are earnestly needed to improve the CPR knowledge of general practitioners in remote areas.
