试论实验室生物安全管理体系的有效运行

摘　　要：[目的]有效运行实验室生物安全管理体系,规范实验室生物安全活动。[方法]通过领导重视、全员参与、管理体系的宣贯培训、日常监督、内部审核、外部审核、管理评审、质量控制与能力验证、记录的控制、预防措施、纠正措施及改进等主要方法,以实现生物安全管理体系有效的运行。[结果]实验室生物安全管理体系在实践中持续改进,并在不断改进中加以完善。[结论]建立的实验室生物安全管理体系,只有有效运行,才能起到管理体系应有的作用,才能规范生物安全相关工作,防止和避免生物安全事故的发生。[ Objective ] To keep effective implement of the laboratory biosafety management system and regulate biosafety related laboratory activities. [Methods] By means of enhancing leadership, all staff participation, training of management system, day-to-day supervision, internal audits, external audits, management reviews, quality control and proficiency testing, control of records, preventive action and corrective action were taken to carry out effective implement of the laboratory biosafety management system. [ Results] The laboratory biosafety management system was continuously improved to be more perfect. [Conclusion] The laboratory biosafety management system could play a role in regulating biosafety related laboratory activities and preventing from accidents in biosafety laboratory only when it operates effectively.
