摘  要:研究了D008离子交换树脂对甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)的吸附作用,以及H-D008树脂对MTBE水解的催化作用,结果表明,Na-D008及H-D008树脂对MTBE都具有较强的吸附作用,吸附等温线呈直线型.H-D008树脂催化MTBE的水解反应符合一级反应动力学.初始浓度增大,表观一级速率常数基本不变;温度升高,表观一级速率常数增大,当温度为25℃,30℃和35℃时,表观一级速率常数分别为0.067d-1,0.216d-1和0.343d-1.H-D008催化水解MTBE反应的活化能为124.8kJ·mol-1.In this study, methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE) adsorption over Na-D008 ion exchange resin and hydrolysis over H-D008 resin was investigated. Results showed that both H-D008 and Na-D008 exhibited strong MTBE adsorption, and adsorption of MTBE followed the linear adsorption isotherm. MTBE hydrolysis could be well described by first order kinetics with R^2 of 0. 99. The reaction rate constants were found to be independent on MTBE initial concentrations. The rate constants were 0. 067 d^-1,0. 216 d^-1 and 0. 343 d^-1at 25℃, 30℃ and 35℃, respeetively, indieating that rate eonstants inereased with the inerease of reaetion temperature. Aetivation energy of MTBE hydrolysis over H-D008 was determined to be 124.8 kJ · mol^-1 whieh is relatively low, suggesting that MTBE hydrolysis over H-D008 is easy.
