摘 要:通过模拟污染实验,分析了阿特拉津和绿麦隆在单一和混合污染胁迫下对蚯蚓鲜重和抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT))活性的影响.结果表明,蚯蚓鲜重随着处理时间的延长而降低,与处理浓度有一定的相关性.两种除草剂在蚯蚓体内的代谢表现为低浓度时诱导了SOD和CAT活性的增加,而高浓度时则抑制其活性;阿特拉津对蚯蚓SOD和CAT的诱导效应和抑制效应大于绿麦隆.The toxicity of single and binary herbicide system combined with Atrazine and Chlorotoluron on fresh weight and antioxidant enzymes of earthworms (Eisenia fetida) was studied. By means of contacting with the artificial soil bioassay, earthworms were exposed to the pollutants. Earthworm was used to detect the biomass (fresh weight) and the activities of superoxide dismutases (SOD) and catalasc (CAT) Results indicated that, within tested concentrations, fresh weight and the activities of two antioxidant enzymes had responses to the toxicities of Atrazine and Chlorotoluron. Metabolism of these two herbicides in earthworm induced the decreasing of the fresh weight ; and reactive oxygen species could be generated as by-product in that process. In contrast ; the oxidative stress of earthworms caused by Atrazine was harder than by Chlorotoluron. Concentration thresholds of response for different enzymes differed, and their sensibilities to the Atrazine and Chlorotoluron follow the sequence of SOD 〉 CAT.
